GameIN (“GameIN” or “we” or “us” or “our”) operates under Yunimo Singapore Pte Ltd. We provide games which are accessible over the internet through our website (“Service”). We respect your privacy and will handle your data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Your Information and How We Use It
When you register to access games on GameIN ("Games"), we will need to collect and use your personal data in order to register you as a subscriber and maintain your account (“Account”). To access our Service, you must open and maintain an Account with us through our webapp gamein.sg (“Webapp”). We may also need to verify any personal data which you supply.
Personal data means any information that relates directly or indirectly to you, who is identified or identifiable from that information or from that and other information in our possession, including any sensitive personal data and expression of opinion about you; but does not include any information that is processed for the purpose of a credit reporting business carried on by a credit bureau. Personal data may include your name, mobile phone number, address and email address. Any details in relation to your personal data (e.g. your name and mobile phone number etc.) will be used only for the specific purpose for which they were provided.
Sensitive personal data, a sub-set of personal data that enjoys higher privacy protection than personal data, is defined in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 to mean any personal data of the data subject consisting of information as to:
• physical or mental health or condition;
• political opinions;
• religious beliefs or other beliefs of a similar nature;
• commission or alleged commission of any offence; or
• any other personal data as the Minister of Communications and Multimedia may determine by order published in the Gazette.
We may use your personal data to confirm that Games have been accessed by you, to validate you as a member when you call our help desk, to prevent and detect criminal activity or damage to our Service, and to prosecute those responsible. Gamein reserves the right to access and disclose your personal data to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate its systems properly or to protect itself or its users.
In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets for the sole purpose of business asset transaction. If Gamein or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, your personal data will be one of the transferred assets and you will be notified of such transfer. “Business asset transaction” means the purchase, sale, lease, merger or amalgamation or any other acquisition, disposal or financing of an organisation or a portion of an organisation or of any of the business or assets of an organisation.
Retention of personal data
We shall cease to retain your personal data, or remove the means by which the personal data can be associated with particular individuals, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
Where practical, we will endeavour to give you the option of interacting with us or using our Service anonymously.
IP Addresses and Cookies
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised Service.
They enable us:

• to evaluate the Service;

We will only transfer your sensitive personal data overseas or to a third party if:
1) you have expressly consented to us doing so;
2) we are required to do so by law; or
3) the collection is necessary for us to provide you the Service.
We will not sell your personal data or sensitive personal data to third parties without your permission. For the purposes of this provision, third parties do not include prospective buyers of our business assets. If you have consented to us granting access to your personal data to selected third parties, you consent to their collecting, processing and retaining your personal data for the purposes of providing details of other products or services.

We use a variety of physical and electronic security measures, including restricting physical access to our offices, and firewalls and secure databases to keep personal data secure from misuse, loss or unauthorised use or disclosure.
Your Consent
By registering an Account with us, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and that you consent to us collecting, processing and retaining your personal data in accordance with this Policy.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may at any time withdraw your consent to us collecting and processing your personal data in according with this Policy by giving us [7] days’ written notice. Upon receipt of the withdrawal notice, your registration with us will be terminated with immediate effect automatically and we shall cease (and cause our data intermediaries and agents to cease) collecting, using or disclosing the personal data, as the case may be, unless such collection, use or disclosure, as the case may be, without your consent, is required or authorised under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 or other written law.
Access and Accuracy
You may access all of the personal data that you provide to us and request details of any third parties with whom we have shared your personal data by writing to the address below, see Contact Information section.
We will deal with all requests for access to your personal data within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the request. Requests for a large amount of information, or information which is not currently in use, may require further time before a response can be given. In some cases, consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, we may refuse to give you access to personal data we hold about you, if, amongst others:
1) we are not able to verify your identity as the subject person requesting for personal data;
2) giving you access would also cause the giving of confidential commercial information;
3) giving you access would constitute a violation of an order of a court;
4) giving you access would have an unreasonable impact on other person’s privacy; or
5) such access to personal data is regulated by another applicable law.
If we refuse to give you access to your personal data, we will provide you with reasons for our refusal within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the request.
